Make an appointment with your CSR to receive a full guide on how to set up and use your client dashboard.
You will also need to provide:
- Name of school. Keep in mind that international students may not be familiar with your school or program’s acronym. We suggest using your full name often to encourage name recognition.
- For search purposes, please provide your customer service representative with any aliases your school may go by (for example, WSU, ASU, UPenn, etc.). We’ll add them to our system, and you will then also be found under these aliases in searches on the site.
- Physical address of school, which will be displayed on your profile using Google Maps.
- The URL link for your school’s website.
- Who we send inquiries, reports, and proofs to.
- The URL link to your school or program’s application if you purchased a gold package. This one is important, so make sure it’s the right application.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Via your dashboard, please add and edit your profile text of 300-500 words (maximum 750 words) for your English profile.
- Please make sure to proof and spell check the text. We suggest clear sections, including program requirements, location information, program outcomes, English language programs offered, popular majors, etc.
- You will also be able to add contact and inquiry information in your dashboard.
- Add/edit your photos using the slideshow tab in your dashboard. Please note, you are able to reorder your photos in your dashboard.
- Each profile can accommodate up to 10 photos.
- Make sure you upload only high resolution photos in the following file formats: .jpeg, .png or .gif
You will be able to proof your profile and photos within the dashboard prior to publishing on the site.
Log in to your dashboard on StudyUSA.com, click on “Smart Match” in the navigation, and begin filling out the information to filter your leads.

Retargeting is an online marketing tactic that lets you remind prospective students of your school or program after they leave your site. You can show them relevant ads as they visit other sites online, and it works with apps and search along with banner ads. Today, retargeting is a vital tool used by serious marketers to connect with their prospective students.

FAQs
Where can I add my social media pages to my online profile?
This can be added on the Client Dashboard that was sent to you by your salesperson. Can’t find it? Just contact your representative and provide them with the links of the social media pages you’d like to be added to your online profile.
What is high resolution (high-res)? And how do I know if my images are high res?
The term "high resolution" refers to the density of pixels in an image. Ever seen a blurry pixelated image before? That’s not a high-res photo due to the low number of pixels in the image.
How do I know what size my image is?
- Open the file where the image is saved.
- Place your cursor over the image icon, and right-click if you are using a PC or Ctrl-click if you are using a Mac.
- Choose Properties.
- Click the Details tab.
- Scroll down to the:
- Image section — to view the image dimensions.
- File section — to view the image file size.
What’s the difference between web and print images?
Images are composed of pixels. Web images only contain enough pixels (72 pixels per inch) to be shown on a computer monitor, whereas print images require much more detail (300 pixels per inch). Therefore, images from the web when printed will have a “pixelated” look and are not suitable for printing. Images need to be at least 975 pixels wide.
What is a layout program?
A layout program is a computer application that creates files for high-quality, professional printing. An example of a layout program is Adobe InDesign. Text editors such as Microsoft Word allow formatting of text and placement of images, but are not layout programs; files from text editors are suitable for in-office printing but are not compatible with graphic arts publishing standards.
What is an acceptable high-res PDF file?
An acceptable high-res PDF should contain CMYK process colors (no spot colors), embedded fonts and high-resolution CMYK images. PDFs should be compatible with Acrobat 5.0 or higher. The dimension of the PDF should be the exact size of the ad; and if it's a full-bleed ad, it should have an additional bleed on all sides of .125 inches.
