Student Interest Remains High Despite the events of the last five years and the sometimes impossible hurdles the pandemic has presented, international students are still determined to study in the U.S.
With the intention of gaining insights into where international student interests lie, Study in the USA conducted a survey.
What we found is that international students are still passionate about studying in the United States, and not only was this reiterated by students in the survey over and over again but also confirmed in a recent Open Doors report.
The Student Journey In the student recruitment process, it’s important that we remember to separate the student from their persona. When we sort students by their ‘persona’ — their age, country of origin, etc. — we lose sight of the most important thing: their individual stories.
Did you know? The average student journey starts 18–24 months before enrollment.
Study in the USA conducted a case study interviewing numerous students over the course of a 6-month period to understand just how different their journeys are. The results were eye-opening.
